HELP (HEALTHY LIFESTYLES PROJECT)
FOR YOUTH WITH MENTAL DISTRESS
Sleep, physical activity and limiting screen time are all things that help kids and teens feel better. We want to find out what type of online resources
kids and teens like you would like and use to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
BECOME INVOLVED IN OUR STUDY
Are you under 18 years of age and receiving mental health support?
Would you be willing to contribute your ideas for a new online resource providing lifestyle support information to youth experiencing mental distress?
If you answered “yes” to these questions, we want YOU to join our study!
WHAT IS THE AIM OF OUR STUDY?
We want to understand what internet or electronic formats youth think are most helpful for learning new information about living a healthier lifestyle! If you join our study you will be asked to speak to the researcher one time. You will be asked questions that help us learn about your favorite online resources and what you think would help youth who want to live a healthier lifestyle!
Participation in this study is voluntary. We cannot guarantee that you will benefit from participating. You may benefit from knowing that you are helping us to understand the healthy lifestyle e-resource needs of youth experiencing mental distress.
