Michael Hone, M.Ed, RP, Executive Director
Pronouns: he/him Michael has been working in child and adolescent services since 1988 in a variety of settings including child welfare, youth justice, education and child & youth mental health. He has been with CCMHC since 1996 and has been the Executive Director since January 2015.

Julie Giachino, M.Ed., RP, Associate Executive Director
Pronouns: she/her Julie is a Registered Psychotherapist with extensive experience in educational and child and youth mental health settings. She has been with CCMHC since 2012 and has served as Associate Executive Director since 2023. Julie is committed to leading with collaboration and compassion to enhance outcomes for children, youth, and families.

Dean Guo, MSc, CPA, CGA, CIA, Director of Finance Pronouns: he/him Dean has over 10 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, and financial management gained in both public accounting and the for-profit industry. Dean joined the CCMHC team in 2022.

Humaira Kadri, BSW, RSW, BA Bio/Psychology, School-Based Mental Health Supervisor Pronouns: she/her Humaira is a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families from multicultural communities in the area of mental health, advocacy and education. Committed to equity, inclusion and empowering individuals through strengths-based practice. Humaira has been with Crossroads since 2020. |

Sharon Aron, M.Ed., RP, Day Day Day Treatment Supervisor Pronouns: she/her Sharon is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Certified Practitioner in Collaborative Problem Solving. She has over 20 years of experience working with children and families in the field of children’s mental health. Sharon has been with Crossroads since 1999. |

Isabelle MacNider, MSW, RSW, M.Ed., Pronouns: she/her Isabelle is a Registered Social Worker and has been working with children and families in Ottawa for over 15 years. She has specialized in supporting families with exceptional children and helping parents with their diverse parenting challenges. She joined the CCMHC team in 2019. |

Natasha So, MA, RP, Pronouns: she/her Natasha is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in the field of child and youth mental health, including over a decade supporting adolescent parents. She has specialized in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health and has been a part of the CCMHC team since 2021. |

Jillie Jillie is our Facility Support Dog who helps make CCMHC a little warmer every day. She brings comfort, connection, and calm to the children, youth, and families she meets. Known for her gentle nature and impressive nose-licking skills, Jillie reminds us all of the healing power of kindness (and treats). |
