In-home Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Services (under 6-years-old)
Parenting very young children is hard. This service offers valuable insights and practical strategies to help you establish a nurturing, safe, and engaging home environment while fostering a strong bond with your child. Utilizing the Circle of Security approach, our dedicated staff will visit your home to offer guidance on cultivating a secure attachment with your child and assist you in integrating these principles into your family life.
This service ranges from 8 to 12 weeks of in-home services with a focus on teaching skills and being provided with guided practice of those skills with your child (ren) birth to 6 years of age. Circle of Security is our focus during these sessions however we can support with routine and structure as well.
In-home Children’s Mental Health Services (ages 6 to 12)
Is home life feeling chaotic? Are you facing challenges with your child’s behavior? Our service offers weekly sessions designed to equip caregivers with the skills needed to address conflicts in a constructive and supportive manner. We focus on strengthening your child’s skills, such as emotional regulation and social interactions, while also enhancing your relationship with them and resolving issues that may be causing tension at home, in the community, or at school. This service lasts up to 12 weeks.
Intensive In-Home Services (birth to 12)
Are you struggling with your child’s significant mental health needs? Have you tried other services with limited/no success? Is your family under considerable stress? This program is specifically designed to address the most intensive needs and offers individualized treatment that typically lasts16 weeks. It includes a minimum of 2 in-home visits per week, totaling four or more hours each week. Additionally, we will address any case management needs you may have. Please note that this service requires a significant commitment of time and energy, given the level of concern and challenges you are experiencing.
Case Management and Wraparound Services
Case Management and Wraparound builds on the strengths and resources of the family.
Through our case management services, based on your child and family’s needs, we can connect you to community resources and recreational activities. We will also support you in collaborating with your child’s school and guide you through navigating the mental health system, among other services. Our Wraparound facilitator helps the family develop a team of supports — which could include friends, family, members of a faith community — as well as professionals involved in a helping role. This team develops an action plan, coordinates activities, problem-solves, and shares resources to meet the family’s needs.
