Child & Family Clinic Accessible, free and timely children’s mental health services

Our Child & Family Clinic provides free, quick access to services for families seeking help for their infant, toddler or child’s severe social, emotional and behavioural challenges. No referral is required.

Clinic participants may access a counselling session where our experienced, professional staff help identify issues and equip families with tools and strategies to address their concerns.

Do you have concerns about:

Your child’s behaviour?
Your child’s emotional state?
How the pandemic has affected your child?
A family conflict?
Other parenting issues?

The focus of each session is determined by your family’s unique needs. Our goal is to help generate solutions to address your concerns and leave you feeling reassured.

Who can participate:

All Crossroads services are available to children under the age of 12 and their families. You can join as a family, as a parent, or you can support your child to participate on their own.

Please note:

  • To participate in the clinic you must reside in the Ottawa area:   Area Served
  • We are required by law to inquire about custody arrangements.
