Our Child & Family Clinic provides free, quick access to a counselling session for families seeking help for their infant, toddler or child’s severe social, emotional and behavioural challenges. No referral is required.
Our experienced, professional staff will help identify issues and equip families with tools and strategies to address their concerns.

The focus of each session is determined by your family’s unique needs. Our goal is to help generate solutions to address your concerns and leave you feeling reassured.
Who can participate:
All Crossroads services are available to children under the age of 12 and their families. You can join your clinic counselling session as a family, as a parent, or you can support your child to participate on their own.
An appointment is required. To book an appointment please give us a call at 613-723-1623 ext 232, email info@crossroadschildren.ca, or book a session anytime with us at counsellingconnect.org.
Please note:
- To participate in the clinic you must reside in the Ottawa area: Area Served
- We are required by law to inquire about custody arrangements. In the event of joint custody, both legal guardians must agree to the caregiver and/or the child being seen at the clinic. Please contact us if you have any questions: 613-723-1623 ext 232.
