It’s a a mental state achieved by focusing your awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Mindfulness can help you develop important skills to improve your mental health, deal with stress and worries, improve your focus and concentration, and give you more energy.
