Crossroads has resumed in-person services in all programs. Virtual services will continue to be offered as part of our “client needs” approach. Our virtual services have a 90% satisfaction rate by families seeking help navigating these challenging times.
The health, safety and well-being of our clients, employees and the public remains our top priority. Upon entrance to our offices, visitors will be required to sanitize their hands and wear masks.
Our post-pandemic service approach continues to provide us with increased capacity in our programs and services, as well as reduced wait-times.
The walk-in clinic has also resumed in-person services, with pre-booked appointments.
